FIELDS OF WORK

Students who graduate from this program receive an associate degree and the title of professional. They can work in offices subject to professional regulations and in the administrative and financial departments of institutions. Graduates who successfully complete the Accounting and Tax Applications associate degree program work as assistants in the accounting, finance, and audit departments of large organizations, in the offices of financial advisors and certified public accountants, and as accounting personnel in banks, insurance companies, and tourism, construction, and industrial enterprises. Graduates have the opportunity to take the Vertical Transfer Exam (Dikey Geçiş Sınavı-DGS) to obtain a 4-year bachelor's degree and become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) after completing their internship and other legal requirements. Program graduates can also work in various positions in the public sector.

  • Companies in the tourism, manufacturing, construction, and retail sectors

3. Freelance Work and Entrepreneurship

  • Opening your own accounting office (After completing the internship and exam requirements, you can become a Certified Public Accountant)
  • Providing external accounting services to micro and small-scale businesses
  • Taking on financial management responsibilities in e-commerce ventures

4. Digital Accounting and Software Fields

  • Working as training, sales, or technical support personnel in accounting software companies
  • Data entry and analysis expertise in ERP systems
  • Digital consulting services for e-invoice, e-ledger, and e-archive applications

5. Academic and Education Field

  • After graduation, students can pursue an academic career by transferring to undergraduate programs (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc.) through the DGS (Vertical Transfer Exam).
  • The graduates can work as pre-accounting instructors at training centers.
